This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Contribute to the vision and roadmap for shared web tools and products aimed at finance teams.
• Support and enhance a suite of internal platforms and workflow systems, ranging from established tools to new functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and end users to understand their needs, validate issues, and provide impactful solutions.
• Lead product discovery initiatives for new features and enhancements, emphasizing usability, clarity, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in shaping AI-driven capabilities within workflows, ensuring they are beneficial, transparent, and reliable.
• Partner with engineers to define shared web frameworks and components that empower other teams to build efficiently while ensuring UX consistency.
• Balance immediate delivery with strategic platform considerations, including scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Clearly communicate with stakeholders to align on priorities, trade-offs, and results.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and design to foster a healthy, high-performing team environment.
• You enjoy working with cross-functional partners and driving results through strong relationships.
• You possess experience with, or an eagerness to learn about, creating operator-facing or workflow-centric products and simplifying complex systems.
• You are comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and engaging in technical discussions regarding system design and architecture.
• You have a strong understanding of contemporary AI/ML concepts such as large language models, prompt design, evaluation, and their associated trade-offs.
• You recognize how AI can assist human decision-making while upholding transparency and trust.
• You are a quick learner and can synthesize input from users, data, and technical contexts to guide decisions.
• You communicate effectively and tailor your storytelling to cater to various audiences.
• You are deeply committed to user-centered, data-driven product development.
• You have an interest in platforms and shared tools, and how they empower teams while maintaining a strong user experience.
• You have experience with internal tools, financial systems, or workflow-based products, or you’re enthusiastic about learning in this area.
• You are comfortable navigating uncertainty and influencing decisions through insights.
• Flexibility to work from wherever you are most productive.
• In-person meetings are held, but there is flexibility to work from home as well.
