Product Manager, Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap from initial discovery to final launch.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to gather customer feedback and prioritize bug fixes and feature requests.

• Work alongside Engineering and Design to translate customer needs into product specifications.

• Balance strategic initiatives with everyday requests effectively.

• Collaborate with various product teams to ensure that shared platform features support other teams and products.

• Lead product delivery by planning and coordinating successful launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven experience in owning a product roadmap from the discovery phase through to delivery.

• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success or Support teams.

• Strong skills in project and stakeholder management.

• Proficient in gathering customer feedback and converting it into actionable product requirements.

• Experience in launching MVPs and enhancing products through ongoing iteration.

• Competence in making product decisions driven by customer needs, business objectives, and data analytics.

• Bonus points: Experience in developing products for mid-market or enterprise B2B clients.
