Product Manager – Pharmaceutical/Life Science – MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, IRT Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of comprehensive industry experience.

• Background in pharma, life sciences, or product management roles supporting pharma-related solutions.

• In-depth understanding of pharma manufacturing processes and operational workflows.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, and MHRA regulations.

• Experience in working with or delivering products related to MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, and IRT platforms.

• Practical experience with product management tools such as Jira and Aha.

• Proven effectiveness in collaborating with distributed teams across various locations and functions.

• Demonstrated ability to build a product from the ground up, from ideation to launch.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in delivering software within regulated environments utilizing AI capabilities.

• Background in digital transformation, manufacturing systems, or enterprise SaaS.

• Familiarity with cloud-native software development, validation, audit readiness, and change control processes.
