Product Manager – Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, IRT Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Required: Experience with regulatory standards, including FDA, EMA, and MHRA guidelines.

• Familiarity with MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, and IRT platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of overall experience in the industry.

• Background in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or a product management role that supports pharma-related solutions.

• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and operational workflows.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards, including FDA, EMA, and MHRA guidelines.

• Experience working with or delivering products related to MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, and IRT platforms.

• Practical experience with product management tools such as Jira and Aha.

• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with distributed teams across various locations and functions.

• Demonstrated ability to build a product from the ground up, from concept to launch.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in delivering software within regulated environments, utilizing AI capabilities.

• Background in digital transformation, manufacturing systems, or enterprise SaaS.

• Understanding of cloud-native software development, validation, audit readiness, and change control processes.
