Product Manager – Pharmaceutical, Life Science, MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, IRT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Comprehend regulatory standards, including those set by the FDA, EMA, and MHRA.

• Collaborate with MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, and IRT platforms.

• Assist in developing pharma-related solutions in partnership with various teams.

• Create products from the ground up, from concept to market launch.

• Drive product strategy and take ownership of the roadmap.

• Collect and prioritize product requirements.

• Provide leadership across multiple functions.

• Maintain compliance and regulatory awareness while enabling AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of industry experience.

• Background in pharma, life sciences, or a product management role focused on pharma-related solutions.

• In-depth understanding of pharma manufacturing processes and operational workflows.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards including FDA, EMA, and MHRA regulations.

• Experience in working with or delivering products related to MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, and IRT platforms.

• Proficient in using product management tools such as Jira and Aha.

• Proven capability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across various locations and functions.

• Demonstrated history of building products from ideation to launch.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in delivering software in regulated environments utilizing AI functionalities.

• Background in digital transformation, manufacturing systems, or enterprise SaaS.

• Familiarity with cloud-native software development, validation, audit readiness, and change control processes.
