Product Manager – Permitting & Licensing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the product vision for Schneider Geospatial's Permitting & Licensing solutions.

• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and executive leadership to synchronize product strategy with company goals and market opportunities.

• Convert customer feedback, regulatory trends, and competitive insights into a persuasive product roadmap.

• Work closely with Engineering to transform product strategy into actionable user stories, features, and technical priorities.

• Oversee product backlogs and facilitate execution through Agile methodologies.

• Team up with Customer Success and Implementation teams to guarantee effective product adoption and measurable customer outcomes.

• Create data-driven business cases for new features and enhancements that deliver value to customers and the business.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to identify operational challenges and opportunities for innovation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS, GovTech, workflow automation, or business process software.

• Experience in permitting, licensing, inspections, community development, land management, or related government technologies is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to translate customer needs into product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.

• Familiarity with modern SaaS architectures (.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL) and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).

• Knowledge of contemporary web application frameworks (Angular, React) and user experience principles.

• Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing customer data and metrics to inform product decisions.

• Experience collaborating with Agile teams and tools such as Jira.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, GIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
