Product Manager, Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Drive execution by delivering projects and features that advance the product, fulfill commitments, and facilitate team progress.

• Conduct discovery to pinpoint growth opportunities, organize ideas, and perform research to confirm the next developments.

• Manage planning and prioritization by creating and upholding a transparent roadmap, making informed trade-off decisions based on business objectives, and keeping the team focused on key priorities.

• Lead your cross-functional team by integrating engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders into a cohesive delivery operation.

• Establish the standard by applying structured thinking, clear documentation, effective prioritization, and fostering a culture of high-quality delivery.

• Measure and enhance outcomes by defining success metrics, tracking results, and leveraging data for swift adjustments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years as a Product Manager with a successful track record of product delivery—shipping products rather than merely managing roadmaps.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving execution without direct authority.

• Strong prioritization abilities grounded in business objectives, rather than influenced by stakeholder distractions.

• Capability to navigate complex, multi-layered challenges, as this domain involves numerous edge cases without shortcuts.

• A systematic thinker who finds clarity in ambiguity and communicates effectively.

• Currently utilizing AI to enhance your and your team's workflows.

• Relevant experience in payments, including 3DS, acquirer routing, and tokenization, demonstrating domain knowledge.

• Technical background sufficient to comprehend architecture documentation and earn the trust of engineering teams.

• Comfortable working with data—proficient in SQL or BI tools, actively sourcing the data yourself.

• Experience in creating interfaces or integrating AI into products.
