This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ownership of the Billing Ecosystem: Assume complete responsibility for the products under your management, ensuring that every decision aligns with long-term goals and provides genuine value to the customer.
• Roadmap and Strategy Management: Guide the development and progression of the Payments squad roadmap, prioritizing features based on robust data, customer requirements, and corporate strategy.
• Discovery Leadership (Payment Link and POS): Lead the discovery process and evaluation of Payment Link integrations (ensuring alignment with financial management for reconciliation) and spearhead the integration of physical payment solutions (POS/card terminals) into Bling’s user experiences.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage intricate quantitative and qualitative data to guide strategic decisions, conduct ongoing market analysis, and identify new monetization avenues in the payments industry.
• Alignment and Influence: Act as the primary liaison among various stakeholders (including teams at Vindi, other companies within the LWSA group, and external vendors), promoting a unified understanding of priorities and ensuring alignment in product vision.
• Customer Experience Advocacy: Be a strong proponent for the customer experience, driving innovations to ensure that merchants enjoy a seamless checkout process (both online and in-person) and effortless financial reconciliation.
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of extensive experience as a Product Manager focused on digital products.
• Payments Domain Expertise: Profound understanding of the payments ecosystem (acquiring, gateways, POS/card terminals, Payment Link, Pix, and financial reconciliation).
• Strategic and Analytical Ability: Demonstrated capability to make prompt, decisive strategic choices, considering their direct impact on customers and the business.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strategic, clear, concise, and assertive communication skills, with the ability to articulate the product vision to engage both technical teams and senior leaders/executives.
• Prior experience with B2B products, ERPs, or e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with complex financial API integrations and embedded finance processes.
