This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Develop and enhance the core capabilities of our payment platform with a focus on fraud prevention.
• Lead the newly established Payment Platform 2 team within the Central Services product group.
• Ensure the platform is scalable, resilient, and maintains long-term coherence.
• Work closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of and drive the agile product development processes.
• Extensive experience at a senior level in Product Management, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Solid understanding of payment fundamentals including the four-corner model, authorization, clearing, and settlement.
• Basic knowledge of fraud prevention strategies and fraud-scoring methodologies.
• Experience with backend-driven platforms, APIs, or systems requiring high availability.
• Demonstrated ability to identify genuine needs from stakeholders and translate them into actionable product initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams within Agile frameworks.
• Capability to function effectively in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, including banking institutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
• A remote-first culture that allows our teams to work from their respective countries.
• In-person meetings at least once every quarter to enhance collaboration and connection.
