This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and enhance internal platforms and tools utilized by operational teams.
• Evaluate user journeys and pinpoint areas for improving operational workflows.
• Perform user research, collect feedback, and verify product assumptions with internal stakeholders.
• Establish product specifications, prioritize the product backlog, and spearhead roadmap execution.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to implement meaningful product enhancements.
• Initiate pilot projects, assess outcomes, and expand successful solutions throughout the organization.
• Assess the impact of product modifications on operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
• Play a key role in the development of essential internal products, including the Agent App, workforce planning tools, and other operational platforms.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management focused on internal products, platforms, or employee-facing tools (Internal Products / Internal Platforms).
• Proven track record of managing products through the entire product lifecycle—from identifying problems and defining requirements to launching, adopting, and scaling.
• Experience collaborating with operations, remote teams, or field teams.
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking abilities, with a talent for making data-driven product choices.
• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher, with the ability to communicate confidently in an international setting.
• Extensive relocation support to ensure your transition is as seamless as possible.
