This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate product strategy and implement roadmaps for designated partner integrations within the Empower and Exchange platforms.
• Analyze market trends, customer demands, partner interactions, and internal business requirements to establish priorities and investment focus areas.
• Create business cases, requirements, and success metrics to identify new integration opportunities.
• Relay roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic insights to leadership.
• Act as Product Owner for designated integrations and enhancement projects.
• Collect and document business requirements from partners, clients, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Draft Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and relevant documentation.
• Lead functional reviews, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, and stakeholder evaluations.
• Balance work prioritization with business value, technical dependencies, and resource limitations.
• Assist development and quality assurance teams throughout the software delivery process.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors, strategic partners, and third-party service providers.
• Oversee partner onboarding and guarantee readiness for implementation and support teams.
• Establish scalable integration requirements and reusable implementation frameworks.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities, APIs, security, and integration frameworks.
• Work alongside Client Success, Professional Services, Support, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships teams.
• Provide assistance with client escalations that require product analysis and guidance.
• Deliver product updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to client-facing documentation, implementation guides, release communications, and enablement resources.
• Track integration adoption, usage, quality, and performance metrics.
• Spot opportunities to streamline implementation efforts, boost onboarding efficiency, and improve client satisfaction.
• Maintain oversight of backlog health, project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Promote continuous process improvement and ensure that work is documented and managed through product delivery workflows.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Integration Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing software products, APIs, SaaS platforms, or third-party integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into product specifications and actionable development tasks.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Established capability to juggle competing priorities and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in supporting mortgage technology, fintech, lending, banking, or financial services platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), document providers, verifications, credit, fraud, title, appraisal, mortgage insurance, or similar ecosystem partners is preferred.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, data integrations, and contemporary integration platforms is preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile planning tools is preferred.
• Direct experience working with third-party vendors and strategic technology partners is preferred.
