This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
β’ Conduct market research and competitor evaluations to establish OTC pricing benchmarks, assess LP performance, and optimize order routing, providing solutions that position Binance as a leader in institutional services.
β’ Propel enhancements to OTC products, including the automation of end-to-end processes for increased scalability, development of dashboards for pricing insights and LP metrics, and optimization of Options RFQ performance and usage, alongside the launch of Futures RFQ.
β’ Collaborate with business, engineering, and operations teams to develop the OTC roadmap, outline milestones, and prioritize features to improve efficiency and manage risk.
β’ Convert ideas into actionable strategies: create detailed PRDs, evaluate technical feasibility, and oversee execution from concept through to launch.
β’ Track product data and user feedback to enhance experiences, particularly within high-volume institutional trading environments.
β’ Oversee the product lifecycle by leading cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, stakeholders) to achieve delivery objectives, fostering accountability and innovation.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, preferably with exposure to institutional OTC trading, brokers, asset managers, or trading systems.
β’ Practical experience in quantitative analysis or trading, with a focus on OTC liquidity, pricing, and execution; knowledge of fiat integration is advantageous.
β’ Strong understanding of trading workflows, encompassing pre-trade compliance, execution (e.g., RFQ, block trades), post-trade analytics, settlement, and clearing.
β’ Proficient in API integrations (e.g., FIX, REST, WebSocket) and institutional trading systems; experience with dashboard analytics is preferred.
β’ Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with global stakeholders.
β’ Exceptional collaboration, communication skills, and adaptability within Agile environments, with the ability to lead and influence executives and teams.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; a technical or engineering background is a plus for navigating product and technology challenges.
