This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the transition from free to paid services, focusing on feature gating, upgrade flows, and pricing pages.

• Develop subscription tiers, trial experiences, and transactional models that cater to user needs and leverage behavioral economics.

• Conduct A/B testing on pricing structures, feature bundling, and conversion processes to optimize lifetime value (LTV) while maintaining user trust.

• Balance immediate revenue growth with sustained user value and brand integrity.

• Take ownership of and prioritize a roadmap centered on monetization results rather than merely feature execution.

• Collaborate extensively with design, engineering, marketing, and AI/data teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliver value.

• Partner with data science to create predictive models for conversion, churn, and price sensitivity.

• Work alongside AI engineers to comprehend how advancing model capabilities can unveil new monetization avenues.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product roles with significant expertise in growth, monetization, or conversion optimization.

• Demonstrated ownership of subscription or freemium funnels within SaaS or B2C products.

• Strong UX intuition—you can easily identify friction points, ambiguous value propositions, and inefficient flows.

• Familiarity with monetization psychology, pricing strategies, and feature gating methods.

• Analytical proficiency: cohort analysis, LTV modeling, retention curves, statistical significance—you recognize excellence in these areas.

• A proven history of closely collaborating with design and engineering teams to rapidly deliver impactful experiments.

• Outstanding communication skills—you can effectively convey hypotheses, results, and trade-offs to any audience.

• Understanding of agile methodologies, backlog management, and outcome-focused product planning.
