⛳️ Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have:

• A completed university degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in product management, software development, or similar fields.

• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis skills to identify issues, conduct analyses, and guide product decisions.

• Strong ability to structure problems and analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and thorough analysis of results.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Experience using data analytics tools such as Amplitude, BigQuery, Google Sheets, Metabase, or comparable tools.

• Practical experience with AI agents applied to product tasks, demonstrating autonomy in their daily use.
