• Oversee the merchant-facing interfaces of the platform throughout the US and Canada.
• Act as the primary product owner for merchant registration, login, and dashboard functionalities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to improve product experiences.
• Strategically plan and prioritize the merchant-related roadmap on a quarterly basis.
• Facilitate the transition of interactions from AI tools to production tools for enhanced team collaboration.
• Interact with key stakeholders, including Engineering, Sales, and Merchant Operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, specifically in delivering B2B or merchant-focused software within a fintech, marketplace, payments, or SaaS environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English; capable of leading discussions with stakeholders based in the US and Canada.
• Experience in at least one area such as onboarding, dashboards, self-service admin products, or payment and payout systems.
• Familiarity with Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), lending, or payment products is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable working with SQL and able to interpret code (while you don’t need to write it, you should be able to read it).
• Proven history of collaborating with Sales and Business Development as key commercial partners.
• Skilled in utilizing AI tools regularly, rather than as a novelty; we encourage candidates to demonstrate their AI workflows during the interview process.
