Product Manager, Marketing & Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance core user experiences by merging strong design principles with effective product judgment, transforming genuine user challenges into straightforward, scalable product solutions that advance the business.

• This position is responsible for the complete user experience in vital product areas — from identifying user issues and crafting solutions to delivering and refining in close collaboration with engineering.

• This is a hands-on position in a streamlined environment, allowing for genuine ownership over what is developed and its functionality for users.

• Successfully launched at least 2–3 significant product enhancements from start to finish: Features or improvements fully managed from discovery → design → build → launch → iteration, with a well-defined problem framing and rationale.

• Product decisions are consistently based on user insights: Regular incorporation of user research, usability testing, or qualitative feedback into product decisions (evident in PRDs, specifications, or reviews).

• A solid working relationship established with engineering: Engineers report clarity regarding problem statements, scope, and trade-offs; minimized rework or uncertainty during delivery.

• The standard of product quality has been visibly elevated: Fewer UX regressions, clearer flows, improved handling of edge cases, and enhanced internal confidence in product decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of comprehensive experience in developing digital products.

• A significant portion of this experience should be in UX / product design, followed by responsibilities in product management.

• Proven track record of delivering and iterating on real products utilized by customers.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in agile or lean environments.

• Role-Specific Attributes:

• Experience working across product management and design disciplines.

• Strong grasp of UX, interaction design, and usability principles.

• Demonstrated ownership of product outcomes, not merely deliverables.

• Ability to function with minimal structure and in high-ambiguity scenarios.

• Clear communicator with sound product judgment.

• An inclination towards execution and continuous improvement.

• Nice to have: Background in UX, product design, or frontend development.

• Experience in early-stage or fast-paced product teams.

• Exposure to consumer products, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms.

• Proficiency in utilizing design tools as part of the product workflow.
