Product Manager – Log Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the enterprise maturity strategy for the Log Management product, pinpointing gaps and opportunities to guarantee sustained high ROI.

• Develop a roadmap founded on extensive market research and customer interactions, complete with clearly defined OKRs.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in field, engineering, and design to engage in requirements discovery and product development.

• Efficiently oversee dependencies, priorities, and plans across various teams and functions at New Relic to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the New Relic Log Management product, including its core advantages, functional gaps, and competitive positioning in the market.

• Establish a strong product strategy and release roadmap, ensuring the successful launch of an initial suite of product capabilities.

• Foster strategic relationships with key customers to establish a feedback loop for validating requirements, promoting continuous improvement, and enhancing long-term satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in developing and successfully launching technical SaaS products.

• Proven technical expertise in Log data, Logging solutions, and the common challenges associated with this field.

• Established ability to lead and influence teams in a matrixed environment through expertise and impact, rather than formal authority.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven capacity to convey complex technical designs clearly and succinctly, tailored to the needs and objectives of specific audiences.
