Product Manager, IT Monitoring & Observability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Expand the functionalities of Checkmk

• Improve the monitoring capabilities of various technologies

• Collaborate closely with users to acquire domain expertise

• Work together with development teams for product features and releases

• Co-manage 3rd level support tickets alongside developers

• Act as a subject-matter expert for the product

• Stay informed about industry developments

• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, data centers, and cloud services

• Proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner, System Engineer, or a similar position in an agile software development setting

• Interest in analyzing product challenges and exploring new areas

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• User-focused mindset

• Results-driven approach with an emphasis on delivering high-quality products punctually

• Outstanding communication skills in English
