This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications for functionalities such as safety stock threshold settings, order-at-risk dashboards, and AI-driven stock transfer recommendations.
• Convert unclear customer needs into structured, engineering-ready backlog items with well-defined scope boundaries.
• Manage sprint-level backlog grooming in collaboration with the engineering manager, ensuring that tickets are well-defined and prioritized prior to each cycle.
• Independently conduct structured discovery sessions with supply chain planners, procurement leads, and operations teams.
• Transform raw customer feedback, field notes, and survey data into prioritized problem statements and product hypotheses.
• Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with pilot customers during initial rollouts, identifying adoption gaps and presenting them as actionable product enhancements.
• Oversee integration requirement specifications, defining the flow of data from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), warehouse management systems, and demand planning tools into FourKites through flat-file SFTP, API, and EDI.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to assess integration feasibility, data freshness criteria, and schema mapping during pre-sales and onboarding processes.
• Identify and escalate data quality risks that may affect dashboard accuracy during early customer implementations.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and Solutions Engineering throughout the entire feature lifecycle — from discovery to general availability.
• Coordinate with Customer Success during pilot rollouts to ensure seamless adoption and capture insights post-launch.
• Assist in pre-sales activities by clarifying product capabilities, integration requirements, and roadmap direction.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in product management, supply chain operations, procurement, or demand planning.
• Proven understanding of inventory and procurement workflows — including safety stock parameters, days-of-supply calculations, MRP outputs, and order fulfillment processes.
• Capability to write clear, structured product specifications and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can implement without confusion.
• Comfortable leading discussions on integration requirements — comprehending data flow, feed latency trade-offs, and schema mapping without the necessity to code.
• Experience with B2B SaaS product tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex customer conversations into clear product requirements.
• Ability to work across different time zones in a remote or hybrid working environment.

• Home office setups and technology reimbursement.
• Lifestyle and family benefits.
• Mental wellness support and guidance.
