This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Are you eager to contribute to shaping the future with us? In the role of Product Manager, you will be instrumental in advancing our internal systems and process landscape.
• You will collaborate at the intersection of Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Tech, ensuring that our internal tools, processes, and structures evolve in alignment with our growth.
• Our objective is to lay the groundwork for further expansion through efficient processes, contemporary software, and data-driven decision-making.
• To achieve this, you will assess current workflows, design scalable solutions, and assist in the implementation from concept to go-live.
• Familiarize yourself with the tool and system landscape, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects, along with the essential business processes.
• Grasp the collaboration dynamics between Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Tech, as well as the primary interfaces within the organization.
• Evaluate existing processes and pinpoint opportunities for automation, standardization, and digitization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop scalable target processes and support their implementation.
• Configure, test, and enhance our current system landscape, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects.
• Translate operational needs into technical or process solutions and prioritize them based on business impact.
• Organize and maintain backlogs and requirements for internal product and process initiatives.
• Generate process documentation, concepts, and decision papers.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams regarding inquiries related to tools, systems, and processes.
• Coordinate with external SaaS providers, integration partners, and service vendors.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Tech on the ongoing development of our internal platform landscape.
• A completed university degree, preferably in a technical, business, or related field.
• Initial professional experience in product management, project management, process management, or a similar role is advantageous.
• A technical understanding and an interest in digital products, systems, and business processes.
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
• Familiarity with contemporary product or project management methodologies is a plus.
• Confident usage of Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, or Miro.
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar CRM/ERP systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience with no-code or low-code solutions is advantageous.
• An interest in data-driven work and areas such as Business Intelligence, automation, and AI.
• Proficient English skills (C1/C2) and good German skills (at least B2).
