This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Define and oversee the product strategy and roadmap for Insight Cash, ensuring a balance between customer commitments, platform migration, and long-term strategic investments.
• Manage the prioritization framework, understanding the importance of what we choose not to pursue, as much as what we choose to embrace. Clearly communicate trade-offs so stakeholders are informed about decision-making processes.
• Convert business objectives and customer requirements into a cohesive product vision that the team can unite around.
• Lead continuous discovery through customer interactions, field visits, and feedback from Client Solutions and Support, dedicating approximately 15–25% of your time to client-facing engagements, both via calls and in-person meetings.
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and translate insights from the field into clear directives.
• Establish yourself as the internal expert on casino cage and cash operations workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to define, refine, and deliver features by writing clear requirements, maintaining a robust backlog, and managing release planning across teams.
• Work alongside the analytics team on features that intersect Insight Cash and analytics products, which share a common data structure.
• Influence product decisions during CCT’s platform modernization, facilitating the transition from a legacy desktop application to a web-based platform.
• Assess where AI capabilities can add significant value to Insight Cash and advocate for AI tools throughout the development lifecycle.
• 4–7 years of experience in product management, including substantial time at a startup or early-growth-stage company with significant scope and ownership.
• Proven experience in managing a product from inception to delivery and market launch.
• Strong skills in discovery and research: conducting interviews, synthesizing findings, and translating insights into prioritized decisions.
• Close collaboration with engineering teams, producing clear requirements and effectively navigating trade-offs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ranging from drafting requirements to crafting customer-facing release notes.
• A genuine interest in AI as a product capability and a methodological approach to work.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in building or scaling a product management function in an early-stage environment.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices — emphasizing accuracy, auditability, and trust — in regulated contexts.
• B2B SaaS experience in operational or back-office workflows.
• Experience aiding the transition from desktop to web applications.
• Background in, or a genuine curiosity about, the gaming and casino sector.
