This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Define and prioritize: Take ownership of the product strategy for wholesale insights and analytics, aligning your roadmap with measurable outcomes for brands, retailers, and the network.
• Discover and validate: Engage in continuous discovery with brands and retailers to comprehend how they assess performance, identify where current reporting is lacking, and determine what decisions require enhanced data.
• Translate complexity: Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to convert complex data models and reporting needs into clear and well-defined product direction.
• Measure and iterate: Establish success metrics for each initiative, evaluate outcomes post-launch, and utilize evidence to guide future actions.
• Partner across the business: Work alongside go-to-market, customer success, and strategic brand partners to ensure that insights features are adopted, comprehended, and delivering value.
• Work across the platform: Identify and manage dependencies with related product surfaces, including platform data infrastructure, the buyer experience, and AI-driven wholesale capabilities.
• Raise the bar: Contribute to broader team and organizational goals beyond your immediate squad.
• 3+ years of product management experience, demonstrating success in delivering data-driven or analytics-focused products within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including comfort with KPIs, data models, and product metrics to validate hypotheses and guide decisions.
• Experience in conducting customer discovery (interviews, surveys, usability sessions) and translating both qualitative and quantitative feedback into product direction.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams in a cross-functional and distributed setting.
• Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to make trade-offs with incomplete information.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to tailor messages for technical teams, senior stakeholders, and customers alike.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and modern product tools.
