
Product Manager II – Financials, Access & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.
• Identify the needs of our customers.
• Utilize both internal and external resources, conduct customer interviews, surveys, analyze behaviors, and develop effective solutions.
• Create and maintain the product backlog.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define, refine, and implement epics and features.
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Present strong evidence and rationale to support decision-making.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with other product managers.
• Rigorously utilize data and analytics to inform decisions, features, and design.
• Partner with Leadership, Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Implementation to drive initiatives.
• 5–7+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record in fintech, payments, transactions, or financial products.
• Experience in leading payment controls, integrations, and associated product initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage significant aspects of the product lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in overseeing and delivering product integrations.
• Strong customer-centric approach.
• Experience in conducting customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions is highly desired.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Dovetail, or similar product management tools.
