Product Manager II

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the core platform of Energy Hub for the management of distributed energy resources.

• Extract insights through analytics, user research, and market analysis.

• Conduct investigations to pinpoint customer requirements and market opportunities.

• Define, prioritize, develop, document, and iterate on new product functionalities.

• Address ongoing client data requirements and inquiries.

• Collaborate closely with other product teams to achieve essential strategic goals.

• Balance long-term initiatives with immediate enhancements.

• Introduce a fresh perspective to our team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in software product management.

• Background in working with electric utilities or IoT.

• Familiarity with contemporary grid management and planning tools.

• Proven experience in aligning and influencing cross-functional teams.

• Experience in leading complex technical projects from uncertainty to successful delivery.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Ability to think strategically and make difficult prioritization choices.

• Analytical skills to assess the impact of your contributions.
