This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Contribute to the strategic vision of the product, establishing objectives aligned with business priorities, regulations from the Central Bank of Brazil, and customer needs.
• Lead the strategy and roadmap for your squad's products, striking a balance between internal efficiency and the user experience.
• Organize and prioritize the team backlog, segmenting larger initiatives into incremental deliveries while taking into account regulatory risks, operational impacts, and technical dependencies.
• Eliminate obstacles and deliver significant projects in coherent, high-value small increments.
• Create and maintain current documentation in Jira and Confluence — including epics, acceptance criteria, business rules, and technical validations — ensuring alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with design, software engineering, and data teams to define solutions that guarantee the security, quality, and traceability of information.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and coordinate multiple data sources to enhance decision-making processes.
• Ensure that all company areas are consulted or informed about product modifications as necessary, collaborating with fraud prevention, risk, and cybersecurity teams.
• Make informed, data-driven decisions, establishing and monitoring product metrics.
• Embrace continuous development, stepping outside of your comfort zone and experimenting with new methodologies.
• Experience in authentication and authorization contexts for digital accounts.
• Understanding of user-centered design methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking) and foundational UX/UI knowledge, collaborating effectively with designers to generate solutions.
• Capability to convert complex requirements into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in data analysis and core product metrics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, conveying information clearly and succinctly to varied audiences.
• Familiar with agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.
• Nice to have:
• Previous experience in fintechs.
• Knowledge of SQL.
