This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead and assist Liebherr’s distribution network to meet set sales targets.
• Offer technical assistance to the distribution network, accompany sales representatives on customer visits to finalize projects, and act as the manufacturer's representative at trade shows.
• Establish optimal commercial terms for all parties and make financial trade-offs to enable the achievement of the sales objectives agreed upon with the network.
• Maintain competitive intelligence by tracking the activities of the sector’s key players.
• Comprehend market specifics, anticipate customer requirements, and contribute to the enhancement of existing and new products.
• Coordinate and prepare commercial proposals.
• Sales experience (junior or experienced), preferably in selling equipment, machinery, or industrial assets to professional clients.
• Strong enthusiasm for technical products and the machinery sector.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques and the capability to develop clear, concise sales arguments.
• Ability to assist customers in analyzing financing solutions and to clarify impacts on accounting and corporate finance (income statement, depreciation, etc.).
• Proficient with IT tools (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office suite) to manage activities and ensure commercial follow-up.
• English is essential for operating in an international environment (German is a plus but not required).
• Excellent listening abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor to represent Liebherr products.
• Independence, diligence, responsiveness, and a robust negotiation acumen.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area and attend trade shows (2 to 4 days per week within France, with occasional trips to Colmar and Germany).
• Team-oriented, proactive, and innovative, with a strong focus on performance and quality.
• Permanent contract (CDI), with managerial/executive status.
• Fully remote work option within France.
