Product Manager – Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development of a long-term strategy for building a robust brand and establishing the necessary technical infrastructure in collaboration with the team;

• Setting tasks for technical and product teams, as well as coordinating and monitoring execution;

• Analyzing incoming traffic, creating reports, and sharing insights with the marketing team;

• Implementing solutions that enhance traffic monetization, including CRO and improving conversion rates on funnels;

• Independent research, idea generation, planning, implementation, and automation;

• Management of the product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of in-depth experience in the role of Product Manager / Product Owner;

• More than 1 year of experience in the lead-gen domain targeting the US market;

• Strong technical foundation for seamless interaction with the technical team (or a solid marketing/analytical background);

• A strong data-driven culture;

• Significant analytical skills: the ability to support your viewpoints and make decisions based on data and metrics;

• Outstanding results in previous positions, backed by specific metrics and achievements;

• Systematic thinking: the ability to think structurally and see the big picture while managing details;

• Proficient in Ukrainian;

• English proficiency at B1 level: capable of working with documentation.
