Product Manager, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product walkthroughs to outline user journeys and pinpoint areas of friction in the funnel.

• Analyze user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research, transforming signals into actionable insights.

• Facilitate bug triage and resolution with the Engineering team, prioritizing and addressing quality concerns.

• Oversee the complete delivery of product initiatives, starting with landing pages and features driven by compliance.

• Contribute to A/B testing and the design of experiments.

• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver experiences that balance speed, clarity, and trust.

• Convert vague customer challenges into clear hypotheses and requirements.

• Enhance the customer sign-up and purchasing process for Jerry’s car insurance marketplace.

• Work in partnership with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams across different time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.

• Proven track record of managing ambiguous challenges and delivering significant results.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to distill complex signals into clear recommendations.

• Willingness to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams across time zones.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
