• Take ownership of the customer sign-up and purchasing process for Jerry.ai’s car insurance marketplace.

• Execute structured product demonstrations to map user journeys and pinpoint areas of friction.

• Analyze user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research, transforming signals into actionable insights.

• Facilitate bug triage and resolution in collaboration with the engineering team.

• Oversee the complete delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and features driven by compliance.

• Contribute to the design of A/B testing and experiments.

• Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to deliver fast, clear, and trustworthy user experiences.

• Convert unclear customer issues into precise hypotheses and requirements.

• Report directly to the VP of Growth and play a role in shaping product strategy, business model, and roadmap decisions.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to independently extract, structure, and interpret data.

• Proven track record of handling ambiguous challenges and delivering impactful results.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to distill complex signals into clear recommendations.

• Willingness to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with business hours in China.

• Must currently live in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
