This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Acquisition & activation: enhance sign-up and conversion processes.
• Onboarding: create and refine onboarding experiences to minimize time-to-value and boost activation rates.
• Retention & engagement: develop and optimize engagement strategies that enhance user satisfaction and prolong subscription duration.
• Churn reduction: evaluate user behaviors, predict churn, and implement effective retention strategies.
• Perceived value: elevate engagement and perceived value throughout the user lifecycle.
• Hypothesis-driven approach: leverage data, user feedback, and research to swiftly create, prioritize, and validate growth hypotheses.
• A/B testing: oversee the experimentation pipeline and conduct comprehensive A/B and multivariate tests.
• Analysis & reporting: construct and maintain dashboards, assess user sessions and journeys, and relay actionable insights to the team.
• End-to-end ownership: manage the entire process — from design and implementation to QA, results analysis, and the final decision to scale or discontinue.
• Over 4 years of experience in product management.
• B2C product experience is highly recommended, though not essential.
• Analytical mindset: strong capability to derive insights from product data, user behavior, and feedback; skilled with funnels, cohorts, and dashboards.
• Experimentation culture: meticulous in designing and interpreting A/B tests; committed to data-driven decision-making.
• Subscription model: thorough understanding of user lifecycle, retention psychology, and growth through value.
• Quality standards: uphold high UX standards and dedication to delivering only impactful improvements.
• Ownership mindset: proactive and responsible from hypothesis formulation to production, fully independent in decision-making.
• Stakeholder management: adept at aligning teams (tech, design, marketing) and facilitating project delivery.
• Attention to detail: meticulousness and high standards in all deliverables.
• Proficient in both written and spoken French and English (required).
• Remote work available within Europe.
