Product Manager, Glyph

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Identify business requirements and target audiences, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize each product release in partnership with Development.

• Collect customer insights, validate feature designs, and ensure the product adapts to changing customer needs.

• Define new product features across internal teams, striking a balance between functionality, user-friendliness, and efficiency.

• Create and manage product requirement documents and feature specifications, validating technical feasibility with Development.

• Collaborate with Marketing on market analysis and formulate go-to-market strategies for product releases.

• Perform ongoing competitive analysis of alternative software solutions.

• Represent the product at online forums, public events, and customer visits.

• Work alongside Product Specialists to ensure features align with customer needs and that product positioning is accurate.

• Monitor financial performance and engage in commercial and strategic discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the AEC industry and/or directing professional end-user software products.

• Deep understanding of professional workflows within the AEC sector.

• Demonstrated proficiency with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit or a primary competitor.

• Strong grasp of building construction documentation concepts.

• Willingness to travel internationally, up to 25% per quarter.

• Ability to prioritize features and releases based on commercial and user impact.

• Capacity to represent the product credibly to customers, press, sales teams, and senior stakeholders.

• Proficient in issue tracking and project management tools like Jira or equivalent CRM and ticketing systems.

• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office productivity tools.

• Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Product Specialists without direct authority.

• Fluent in English.

• Valid work/residence permit for the respective location.
