Product Manager – Global Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish the Product Vision and Strategy: Craft the roadmap for our global services and recurring-revenue offerings, which include warranty, maintenance, monitoring, and digital service products.

• Align business models with customer value and operational efficiency.

• Drive the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the complete product process — from market research and concept validation to deployment, optimization, and scaling across various regions.

• Facilitate Recurring Revenue Models: Create offerings and pricing structures that foster sustainable and predictable revenue streams.

• Ensure operational feasibility, profitability, and a superior customer experience.

• Collaborate Across Functions: Partner closely with Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial teams to convert insights and operational feedback into scalable product solutions.

• Focus on Customers and Market: Utilize customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to continually enhance and broaden our service offerings.

• Strive for Operational Excellence: Define and track KPIs to evaluate adoption, margin performance, and service quality.

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, optimize cost structure, and boost customer satisfaction.

• Foster Innovation and Ownership: Take charge of developing our service-driven ecosystem and challenge the status quo to establish 1KOMMA5° as a leader in integrated energy solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in Product Management or Business Development, preferably within the energy, technology, or SaaS industries.

• A solid understanding of recurring revenue models, pricing strategies, and customer value generation.

• A proven history of transforming customer requirements and operational insights into scalable product solutions.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities across various functions and organizational levels.

• An entrepreneurial, structured, and execution-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

• Proficiency in both English and German.
