This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Lead a dedicated agile engineering team while taking on a combined role of Product Manager and Product Owner.

• Take ownership of the product backlog, user stories, and the prioritization of features.

• Drive the global strategy and roadmap for initiatives related to cloud data and AI-enabled capabilities.

• Develop foundational enterprise-wide capabilities that can scale across international markets.

• Convert cloud data and AI opportunities into product features that enhance user experience, self-service, and operational efficiency.

• Identify the business and customer requirements that underlie new capabilities.

• Collaborate with architecture, data, and regional teams to ensure alignment of platform capabilities with business objectives.

• Refine user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and address operational obstacles for the engineering team.

• Demonstrated experience in a combined PM/PO role.

• Proven ability to write detailed user stories and effectively manage agile backlogs.

• Practical knowledge of cloud data architectures, product data platforms, or AI-driven features within a software context.

• Capability to distill complex data and technical concepts into clear business value and actionable product requirements.

• High level of autonomy, decisive leadership, and a strong sense of accountability.

• Excellent communication skills with experience in aligning global cross-functional technical and business teams.

• Solid background as a Product Manager in an agile software environment.

• Experience with data-intensive products, cloud architecture, or scalable AI-driven capabilities is highly desirable.
