Product Manager, Geo Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate international markets based on potential volume and accessibility, integrating market research with business acumen.

• Outline the comprehensive scope of necessary product adaptations: ensuring local compliance, payment methods, language/UX localization, and regulatory needs.

• Serve as the primary coordinator among legal, finance, product, and GTM teams — translating the scope into actionable delivery by aligning various teams around a unified timeline.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners responsible for execution; your role is to facilitate and resolve obstacles, not to step back after scoping.

• Manage the complete launch process from market selection to go-live, while monitoring outcomes post-launch.

• Relay updates on progress, risks, and insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a successful history of delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Strong focus on delivery: you ensure tasks are completed, commitments are met, and you address alignment issues proactively.

• Experience in both large corporations (understanding of processes, structures, and scale) and small/startup environments (adaptability, speed, and hands-on involvement).

• Previous experience in product localization, internationalization, or expansion across multiple markets.

• Ability to work effectively without a dedicated development team — you influence through shared resources.

• Experience working collaboratively with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success).

• Proficient in English (C1+) and Russian.
