This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Identify and prioritize international markets by assessing volume potential and ease of entry, integrating market research with business insights.
• Outline the complete range of product adaptations needed, including local compliance, payment options, language/UX localization, and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary coordinator among legal, finance, product, and GTM teams, converting scope into execution by synchronizing various teams around a common timeline.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners responsible for execution; your role is to facilitate and remove obstacles rather than step back after initial scoping.
• Manage the entire launch process from market selection to go-live, and monitor outcomes following the launch.
• Report on progress, risks, and insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a successful history of delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
• Strong focus on delivery: you accomplish tasks, meet obligations, and view alignment issues as challenges to address.
• Experience in both large organizations (process, structure, scale) and small/startup environments (speed, ambiguity, hands-on involvement).
• Background in product localization, internationalization, or multi-market growth.
• Ability to work effectively without a dedicated development team—leading through influence over shared resources.
• Experience partnering with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Support).
• Proficient in English (C1+) and Russian.
• Private medical insurance for the employee and their family.
• 20 paid vacation days per year.
• 15 paid public holidays per year.
• 5 company-paid sick leave days.
• English language courses.
• Relevant professional development opportunities.
• Access to gym or swimming pool facilities.
• Assistance with Home Office Setup: the company provides support for purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to establish a comfortable workspace.
• Co-working space availability.
• Flexibility for remote work.
