Product Manager, Geo Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess international markets by evaluating volume potential and ease of entry, utilizing a combination of market research and business insight.

• Outline the comprehensive scope of necessary product adaptations, including local compliance, payment methods, language/UX localization, and regulatory requirements.

• Serve as the primary coordinator among legal, finance, product, and GTM teams, transforming the defined scope into actionable delivery by synchronizing various teams around a unified timeline.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners responsible for execution; your role is to facilitate and remove obstacles, ensuring continued engagement after scoping.

• Manage the entire launch process from market selection to go-live, and monitor outcomes following the launch.

• Relay updates, risks, and insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a proven history of successful delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Strong commitment to delivery: you accomplish tasks, uphold commitments, and proactively address alignment challenges.

• Experience in both large organizations (process, structure, scale) and small/startup environments (speed, ambiguity, hands-on involvement).

• Previous experience in product localization, internationalization, or expanding into multiple markets.

• Comfortable operating without a dedicated development team; you lead through influence over shared resources.

• Background in collaborating with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success).

• Fluent in English (C1+) and Russian.
