Product Manager – Geo Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Identify and rank international markets by assessing volume potential and ease of entry, utilizing a combination of market research and business acumen.

• Outline the comprehensive scope of necessary product adaptations, including local compliance, payment options, language/UX localization, and regulatory standards.

• Serve as the main coordinator among legal, finance, product, and GTM teams — converting scope into actionable delivery by uniting multiple teams around a common timeline.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners responsible for execution; your role is to facilitate and remove obstacles, ensuring continued progress after scoping is completed.

• Manage the entire launch process — from market selection to go-live — and monitor outcomes following the launch.

• Provide updates on progress, risks, and insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a successful history of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Strong delivery orientation: you accomplish tasks, uphold commitments, and view alignment discrepancies as challenges to resolve.

• Experience in both large organizations (focusing on processes, structure, and scale) and small/startup environments (emphasizing speed, uncertainty, and hands-on efforts).

• Previous involvement in product localization, internationalization, or expansion into multiple markets.

• Ability to work effectively without a dedicated development team — leading through influence across shared resources.

• Background in collaborating with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success).

• Proficient in English (C1+) and Russian.
