Product Manager – Geo Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate international markets by assessing volume potential and entry feasibility — integrating market analysis with business insight.

• Determine the comprehensive range of product modifications necessary: local compliance, payment options, language/UX localization, and regulatory standards.

• Serve as the main coordinator among legal, finance, product, and GTM teams — converting the scope into actionable delivery by synchronizing various teams around a unified timeline.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners responsible for execution; your role is to facilitate and resolve obstacles, rather than to step back after the scoping phase.

• Manage the entire launch process from market selection to go-live — and monitor outcomes after the launch.

• Update leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on progress, potential risks, and insights gained.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a history of successful project delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Strong focus on delivery: you accomplish tasks, honor commitments, and view alignment challenges as your responsibility to address.

• Experience in both large corporations (process, structure, scale) and small/startup environments (speed, ambiguity, hands-on involvement).

• Previous experience with product localization, internationalization, or expansion across multiple markets.

• Comfortable working without a dedicated development team — you lead by influencing shared resources.

• Experience working in collaboration with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Support).

• Proficient in English (C1+) and Russian.
