Product Manager – Funding, FIDCs e Renda Fixa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evolve the ecosystem: Lead the strategy and roadmap for the company's credit funding products.

• Be the link between departments: Collaborate closely with Credit, Treasury, Legal, and Engineering teams.

• Look outward: Maintain a sharp curiosity to understand how the market is positioning itself.

• Understanding impact and spread: Ability to balance funding cost objectives with the profitability of the credit portfolio.

• Data-driven decisions: Make decisions based on concrete data and facts.

• Collaboration: Work alongside the design, treasury, growth, software engineering, and data engineering teams.

• Deliver value-generating outputs: Gain a deep understanding of both internal and end customers to deliver optimal solutions.

• Technical liaison: Manage integrations between internal systems and external suppliers.

• Investigative curiosity: Be familiar with investigations, reconciliations, and data analysis.

• Leadership by influence: Inspire teams and stakeholders towards a common goal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Management of FIDCs: Experience in financial sector companies overseeing FIDC management systems.

• Fixed Income: In-depth knowledge of fixed-income products, particularly CDBs.

• Metrics and KPIs: Familiarity with key metrics used in the funding context.

• Technical skills: Experience with APIs (Swagger, JSON, PostMan) and data analysis (SQL, DataBricks).

• Regulatory knowledge: Understanding of the regulatory requirements for funding models via FIDC and fixed income, especially CDBs.

• Testing methodologies: Ability to run A/B tests in fixed-income product offering flows.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
