Product Manager – FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist researchers in locating the precise participants they require for their studies, moving beyond general demographic targeting.

• Foster the adoption of innovative study designs, including those that are longer or more challenging.

• Oversee the supporting tools that facilitate the execution of advanced study types.

• Manage the daily product lifecycle, encompassing prioritization, delivery, measurement, and iteration.

• Streamline complexities and aid colleagues by crafting effective solutions.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design in a test-learn-iterate product team.

• Take ownership of outcomes for a small, focused team within the Research Group.

• Work together with Product Managers in Research and AI, the VP of Research, and various teams in human data operations, integrity, support, science, sales, and client services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in launching and scaling products that simplify intricate workflows for demanding professional or enterprise users.

• Background in working closely with technology teams, including engineers and designers.

• A builder's mindset with experience in AI tools and workflows tailored for Product Managers.

• Familiarity with research, survey, data-collection tools, intricate B2B workflows, or products aimed at demanding professional or enterprise users.

• Proficient in Agile methodologies, continuous discovery and delivery, Jobs-to-be-Done, vertical slicing, and test-learn-iterate practices.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional storytelling skills and a relentless positive attitude.

• Experience in developing products for academic or research sectors, expert networks, panels, or credentialing is a plus.
