This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead client discovery sessions: identify genuine pain points, validate business assumptions, and assess whether artificial intelligence is the optimal solution for the issue at hand.
• Clearly articulate and share the product vision with all stakeholders — from the client's executives to the squad's data engineers.
• Construct and prioritize the backlog by transforming business requirements into actionable agile tasks (PBIs) for the engineering team, ensuring a well-defined scope.
• Maintain operational consistency: conduct daily meetings, sprint reviews, demonstrations, and strategic checkpoints with clients regularly, shielding the squad from external disruptions.
• Serve as the protector of scope and risks, proactively identifying deviations and escalating them clearly when necessary.
• Monitor impact metrics of implemented solutions and generate status reports that showcase value to strategic stakeholders.
• Organize the project's knowledge repository — wikis, boards, documentation, and artifacts — ensuring that context is always accessible and systematically organized.
• Actively engage in the post-MVP cycle, facilitating knowledge transfer to the client and fostering the ongoing development of the solution.
• Demonstrated experience in digital product management — encompassing product vision, scoping, backlog management, roadmap development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Comprehensive experience spanning from discovery to delivery.
• Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence, including LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, NLP, and RAG.
• While coding is not required, a solid understanding is essential to engage in productive technical discussions and evaluate feasibility.
• Analytical aptitude to gather, interpret, and present data — drawing insights that inform decisions and validate the value of delivered solutions.
• Strong and persuasive communication skills with varied audiences: including the client's C-level executives, engineers, data scientists, and business teams.
• The capability to adjust language appropriately for different audiences distinguishes a good PM from an exceptional one.
• Results-driven with a sense of urgency, adept at prioritizing under pressure, and focused on delivering effective solutions tailored to the client's context.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion or similar).
• Proficient in managing documentation and creating well-organized knowledge repositories — including taxonomy, wikis, and visual frameworks.
• Meal allowance and/or grocery voucher of BRL 950.00 per month on an iFood card;
• SulAmérica health insurance (100% employer-paid);
• MetLife dental plan;
• Pet health plan;
• Life insurance;
• TotalPass and Wellhub for fitness activities anytime, anywhere;
• Birthday Day Off to celebrate your special day as you wish;
• Partnership with Sesc;
• Partnership with OnHappy (discounts on hotels and travel);
• Collaborations with educational institutions;
• Childcare reimbursement;
• Work equipment provided (though it may seem obvious, we believe it’s important to highlight);
• Culture of feedback and development;
• Dynamic environment offering significant growth opportunities;
• Payroll-deductible loans with competitive low-interest rates;
• Variable compensation to acknowledge performance and cultural alignment.
