Product Manager – Fluent in Spanish and English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client discovery sessions, identifying pain points, validating assumptions, and determining the suitable application of artificial intelligence.

• Articulate and convey the product vision to stakeholders, including the client's executive team and technical personnel.

• Establish and prioritize the product backlog, transforming business requirements into actionable Product Backlog Items (PBIs).

• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demonstrations, and strategic checkpoints with clients.

• Safeguard the team from external disruptions and maintain a consistent operational rhythm.

• Oversee project scope and risks, identifying any deviations and escalating issues when necessary.

• Monitor impact metrics and generate status reports that illustrate value for stakeholders.

• Organize documentation, wikis, boards, and project artifacts.

• Assist in knowledge transfer to the client and support the continuous development of the solution following the MVP.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in digital product management, including product vision, scoping, backlog management, roadmap development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in end-to-end delivery, from discovery through to delivery.

• Practical understanding of artificial intelligence, including LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, NLP, and RAG.

• Capability to engage in technical discussions and evaluate feasibility without requiring coding skills.

• Analytical skills to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, able to engage persuasively with client C-level executives, engineers, data scientists, and business teams.

• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency, adept at prioritizing under pressure, and focused on delivering impactful solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms.

• Proficient in managing documentation and creating structured knowledge bases, including taxonomy, wikis, and visual frameworks.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
