Product Manager – Fixed-Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish and design a comprehensive digital strategy.

• Serve as the cross-functional product leader for a distributed team from our delivery centers in the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.

• Partner with engineering leads to oversee project progress and optimize resource utilization.

• Guide the team in executing short-term objectives by prioritizing and organizing releases.

• Articulate the product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments.

• Share updates on plans, priorities, and status with clients and team members.

• Assess and enhance the business and customer value delivered.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a customer-facing Product Management role.

• At least 4 years of experience in consulting.

• Proficient in handling complex digital products, business logic, processes, and a diverse range of clients.

• Background in organizational leadership, including the ability to work with and influence teams and executive leaders.

• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive 'roll up your sleeves' approach.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to see the broader perspective amidst the details.

• Experience collaborating with global teams is essential.

• Highly aware of cultural differences.

• Well-versed in User Research, advocating for user needs throughout the customer experience and facilitating workshops.

• Skilled in building relationships, demonstrating empathy and collaboration, and effectively engaging with senior stakeholders to drive decisions.

• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies and Lean practices to create top-tier products.
