This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full responsibility for the financing-product funnel from start to finish, covering eligibility, acceptance, payout, renewal, and performance metrics.
• Convert company strategy into a product strategy with a six-month vision, implemented in six-week intervals.
• Drive expansion into new platforms, countries, and use cases comprehensively.
• Manage the pricing framework, conduct experiments, and analyze the results.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Commercial, Operations, and platform partners.
• Establish standards for product discovery and delivery, ensuring that initiatives start with genuine problems and conclude with quantifiable outcomes.
• Ensure that necessary data is sourced from platforms, public registers, or merchants.
• Collaborate with founders, Risk, Finance, platforms, engineers, and designers.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in product management.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct ownership of a funnel or conversion metric, with accountability for its performance.
• Proven track record in advancing a funnel through product experiments, including an understanding of both successes and failures.
• Familiarity with pricing experimentation and experiment design.
• Experience in launching products into new markets or segments from start to finish.
• Background in coordinating legal, operations, engineering, and external partners.
• Capability to challenge platform partners when requests do not serve the interests of merchants.
• Eagerness to personally create specifications, analyze data, and test merchant flows as a first-time user.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with pricing, marketplace/platform/embedded finance experience, or having served as the sole product individual in a company.
• Background in lending is not a prerequisite.
