
Product Manager – Enterprise Restaurant E-Commerce Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and steer the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Tillster’s enterprise restaurant commerce and operational tooling platform.
• Develop scalable workflows that facilitate onboarding, restaurant administration, menu/catalog management, order operations, reporting, and integrations.
• Prioritize feature enhancements and platform improvements by utilizing customer feedback, operational insights, analytics, and market research.
• Set product KPIs, OKRs, and operational success metrics that are connected to adoption, efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.
• Identify pain points within enterprise restaurant operational workflows and create scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and usability.
• Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise restaurant customers to gain insights into operational challenges in complex multi-location and franchise settings.
• Collaborate with internal operational and implementation teams to enhance workflow automation, onboarding, and operational visibility.
• Lead initiatives for customer journey mapping, usability testing, and workflow optimization.
• Develop and improve enterprise tools for restaurant administration, merchant management, order operations, user permissions and role management, reporting and analytics, as well as platform integrations and APIs.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to deliver impactful platform capabilities.
• Convert business requirements into precise product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and launch plans.
• Assist in go-to-market readiness by providing documentation, training, product positioning, and rollout planning.
• Utilize data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and prioritize platform enhancements.
• Investigate opportunities for intelligent automation, predictive operational tooling, and AI-augmented restaurant management workflows.
• Team up with Data and Engineering groups to enhance operational visibility and decision-making through analytics and automation.
• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, e-commerce, or restaurant technology.
• Proven experience in developing platform tools, administrative systems, or operational workflows for complex enterprise users and organizations.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise operational workflows and multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, payment systems, commerce platforms, or enterprise operational systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers and operational stakeholders.
