This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Nest product backlog, which includes bug reports, feature requests, enhancement suggestions, and operational requirements from internal teams.
• Compose clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature briefs, rollout notes, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are easily understandable by engineering, design, and non-technical teams.
• Generate well-organized tickets detailing the problem, expected behavior, actual behavior, scope, out-of-scope items, edge cases, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and UX/design teams to verify feasibility, clarify requirements, address blockers, review mockups, and ensure continuous development progress.
• Assist in launch planning, including access rules, permissions, cohort logic, phased rollouts, QA coordination, and post-launch monitoring.
• Draft clear feature updates and launch announcements for customer experience (CX), coaches, leadership, and operations teams, clarifying what has changed, its significance, and the affected parties.
• Track feedback post-release, identify issues, monitor recurring trends, and utilize insights for future product enhancements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, product operations, technical project management, or a related software role.
• Proven experience in managing a product backlog.
• Strong proficiency in writing PRDs, tickets, user stories, acceptance criteria, or technical documentation.
• Capability to work collaboratively with engineering, UX/design, and customer-facing teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability to collaborate during our core overlap hours of 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PT.
