This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and communicate the strategic vision along with the product narrative.
• Create roadmaps that expand market share and facilitate entry into new public, private, and international markets.
• Perform research on products, technology, markets, and competitors.
• Spearhead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features.
• Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring a balance between system health, delivery commitments, and innovation.
• Deliver value iteratively through regularly releasable increments.
• Foster relationships with customers and users, advocating for their needs within the product team.
• Utilize user-centered design to enhance user, patient, and customer journeys.
• Lead sessions for customer and user engagement and feedback.
• Define and monitor product KPIs that align with business-unit OKRs.
• Evaluate third-party solutions for value and strategic alignment.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Oversee demand intake, requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate the delivery of quality products, releases, and accompanying communications.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Enhance team practices to improve predictability, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain product collateral for communications, sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
• Monitor and enhance product return on investment in collaboration with finance and sales.
• Draft business cases for executive audiences.
• Support sales initiatives through collateral, training, and pitch assistance.
• Assess, negotiate, and manage third-party solutions.
• Outstanding written, in-person, and online communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Strong user/customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and option-creation capabilities.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
• Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in SaaS product management with demonstrable value delivered.
• Background in delivering AI/data products.
• Experience utilizing AI to enhance efficiency, alongside working with AI-enabled development teams.
• Familiarity with agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
• Experience in scaling products internationally.
• Degree or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or technical disciplines are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence is required.
• Successful completion of vetting and reference checks.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance; the role requires UK Security Clearance.
