Product Manager, Detection & Response

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Detection & Response product domains and be responsible for guiding product strategy and executing the roadmap.

• Convert customer requirements, emerging threat patterns, and competitive analysis into precise product specifications.

• Collaborate closely with research, managed services, engineering, and UX teams to define features, prioritize tasks, and deliver product releases.

• Evaluate industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions and ensure differentiation.

• Balance immediate execution with strategic contributions to the Detection & Response framework.

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with customer impact and product objectives.

• Assist with product launches and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective adoption.

• Collect and integrate feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and the market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management within the cybersecurity domain.

• Practical experience with Detection & Response products or services.

• In-depth understanding of attacker methodologies, detection mechanisms, and response processes.

• Capability to make clear prioritization decisions and foster alignment across cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proven history of achieving results in dynamic environments.

• Comfortable collaborating with UX teams on design choices and user research initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams, functions, and geographic locations.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities, adapting to changes, and maintaining momentum through execution.

• A background in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
