Product Manager, Data Ingestion – Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the supply aspect of Protege's data platform.

• Establish the stages, validation checkpoints, and quality assurance processes that data must undergo.

• Lead product decisions concerning metadata creation.

• Define the criteria for 'catalog-ready' and develop the necessary tools to enforce these standards.

• Collaborate with vertical stakeholders to convert their needs into platform-wide standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of Product Management experience with a focus on data pipelines, data quality systems, or data ingestion platforms.

• Strong technical skills — ability to write SQL, analyze pipeline logs, identify schema discrepancies, and comprehend the trade-offs involved in data validation architectures.

• Experience working with external data sources.

• Ability to make informed build-versus-partner decisions.
