This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Ensure the success of your product - Oversee the product life-cycle (discovery, ideation, prioritization, delivery, and follow-through) for the Customer Success scope focused on activation, retention, and long-term value generation with a significant degree of autonomy.
• Focus on the right priorities - Identify and prioritize key initiatives by analyzing customer pain points, aligning with company strategy, monitoring market trends, and assessing competitive activity.
• Excel within a top-tier team - Establish requirements, craft and communicate effective user stories, and manage your scope roadmap efficiently.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to address challenges, deliver innovative solutions, and refine existing initiatives.
• Prioritize customer engagement - Connect with customers through various channels and act as their voice within the organization, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and value delivery.
• Foster growth - Track product performance to ensure outcomes align with specified requirements and objectives. Implement a cycle of doing, learning, and iterating swiftly for optimal results.
• Achieve success with stakeholders - Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and other product teams to ensure the most impactful initiatives are developed, the conditions for success are established, and alignment is maintained across teams. Prepare the organization for successful product launches.
• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, business, software development, marketing, data, or related disciplines.
• Over 3 years of experience in Software Product Management and complex web technologies, preferably in customer-facing areas of marketplaces, ecommerce, B2B industries, or other online platforms.
• Strong skills in funnel analysis, automation, customer-centric optimizations, and systems integration.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, with a minimum of 2 years of experience using data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization/transformation techniques, including pivot tables or similar.
• Familiarity with programming and AI concepts is a significant advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to engage with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• A passion for working on a complex product and a deep interest in technology and the digital transformation of the traditional manufacturing sector.
